My stay at the Renaissance Boston Seaport District was pleasant overall. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to the waterfront and many dining options. However, I did notice some of the facilities, like the narrow pool, could use some improvement. Still, the friendly staff and clean accommodations made for a comfortable experience.
Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, though the bathroom was on the smaller side. I appreciated the good water pressure in the shower, which added to the comfort. I did notice that some features in the room could use a bit of updating, such as the mirror which had some wear.
Service
9.0
The staff were professional and very accommodating throughout my stay. They even provided essentials I had forgotten to bring when I checked in late at night, which made me feel really taken care of. The concierge also provided useful local recommendations.
Location
9.0
Being located in the seaport district was a huge plus. It was near various restaurants and activities, and quite easy to navigate to the highway when I needed to. Also, there was a T stop nearby that made getting around simple for anyone without a car.

Facilities

The facilities were nice overall, with a small pool that had great views from the fifth floor. However, the pool area was quite cramped and shallow, which was a bit disappointing. The fitness area was well-equipped and an added bonus for fitness enthusiasts.

I had a pleasant stay overall, with great access to local restaurants and the concert venue nearby. The room was spacious and offered stunning views, though I faced some inconveniences with towel and coffee replenishment. The staff were professional, but my interactions lacked some warmth, which is a bit disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
Rooms

My room was generously sized, boasting a lovely view of Boston Harbor. However, the bath towels were sub-par—thin and rough, which detracted from my experience.
Service

While the staff seemed professional, I didn't feel the usual friendliness you'd expect at a Renaissance hotel. There were lapses in service, especially regarding the replenishment of towels and coffee in my room.
Location

The hotel is perfectly located for anyone wanting to enjoy the waterfront and nearby dining options. It's just a short walk to the concert venue and convention center, making it very convenient.
Dining

I found the dining options to be quite limited, and the restaurant service needed improvement, especially in addressing guest needs promptly.
Facilities

The gym was well-equipped, but the sauna wasn't operational during my stay. Valet parking was available but a bit pricey at $48 per day.

The hotel's prime location was a highlight for me. It's just a short walk to the waterfront and surrounded by various dining options, making it ideal for exploring Boston's vibrant Seaport district.
